Frozen Dreams

When all the world and its’ systems
are creaking at the seams;
And nothing feels anymore
like it’s supposed to be.
When your life is nothing more
than frozen haunted dreams.
And your heart is full of hate,
and desperate silent screams.
Empty your mind of all its’ useless thoughts
Banish all your money and all it may have bought
And let you spirit soar
Yeah let your spirit soar.

When the passion has finally died,
and your soul has chosen and closed its’ gloomy eye;
When there’s nothing left to play for,
and your heart has slammed the door.
And life has lost any meaning,
Just a blank sheet existentialism.
Then empty your head of all its’ useless thoughts
Empty your soul of all its’ festering sores
And just let your spirit soar
Yeah just let your spirit soar.

When you’re waiting at the airport
and none of it makes any sense;
And the world and its’ saints
are still sitting on the fence.
And your heart won’t leave you alone,
But still won’t give you the courage to pick up the phone.
Empty your mind of all its corrupt thoughts
Banish all those festering sores
And let your spirit soar
Yeah just let that spirit soar

In the frozen fog of reality
When you can’t seem to find your way;
When you feel your heart is bursting
and you can’t face another day;
When your feet are tired of walking,
and your mouth too dry,
Too dry to do anymore talking;
Yeah empty your mind of all its’ useless thoughts
Dredge your soul of those festering sores
And let your spirit soar
Yeah let you spirit soar.

When your heart has given up the ghost,
and can’t find its’ true fate;
When your soul has stopped burning,
and left you full of hate.
And your mind is full of visions
screaming it’s too late;
Yeah left it far too late.
Then empty your mind of all its’ useless thoughts;
Banish it all, along with the things you could’ve bought;
Dredge the soul of everything it’s been taught;
And let your spirit soar
Yeah life could be worth so much more
So just let that spirit soar.
Just let that free spirit soar.
